 Samantha Blues Hairdressing have reached another UK Grand Final. This time it is for UK Schwarzkopf Creative Styling and we are looking forward to competing against a few other select salons from around the UK. Samantha Blues Creative Team consisting of Edwina, Ashleigh & Scott are to prepare a catwalk performance with 4 models and put on a show that allows them to educate a select panel of celeb judges on how they prepared the models hair and the models overall show performance. Watch this space and hopefully we will have footage of the event to show you after the finals on May 22nd in Manchester.

With Mother’s Day nearly here, we’ve teamed up with the Wee County News to launch our Magic Mother’s Day Makeover competition, giving one lucky mum the chance to win a Samantha Blues makeover.

It's the ultimate gift - a chance to be pampered and enjoy a complete makeover at the hands of Samantha herself. Samantha will advise, cut and colour the winning mum in her glamorous Clackmannan salon.

Corks were popping and the champagne flowed at the official launch party of our glamorous new salon in Clackmannan this month.

A select list of clients and friends joined Samantha and the rest of the team, sharing drinks and nibbles and giving the new salon’s distinctly vintage look (think 18^th-century Louis XVI, with elegant dressing tables, ornate gilded mirrors and dark, glossy flooring) their seal of approval.

The fabulous evening was rounded off with a demonstration of our up-and-coming talent as Scott, Gemma and Nicole put their considerable skills in the spotlight, styling three models in an impressive and entertaining display of things to come.

“I’m thrilled to have the salon officially open for business,” said Samantha, “and I’d like to say thanks to my team and everybody else who turned up and helped make the evening such a success. Clackmannan is a wonderful town and I’m looking forward to spreading my time between there and the Grangemouth salon.”
